Professions. One Weekend – A Thousand Possibilities.

Do you remember what you dreamed of becoming as a child? Some wanted to be firefighters, others dreamed of saving lives, becoming pilots, doctors, police officers, chefs, builders—or even astronauts. Then we grew up, life took us in different directions… but those dreams never really disappeared.

From September 18 to 20, we invite you to leave your everyday profession behind for a while and become the person you once dreamed of being.

Choose your profession, create your costume—serious, funny, crazy or completely unexpected—and join us for the Latvian Caravan Club Season Closing 2026.

For one weekend, diplomas, qualifications and work experience won’t matter. All you need is imagination, a great mood, and the desire to have fun as we celebrate the end of another fantastic camping season!

Venue – Metsaluige Camping, Estonia

At Latvian Caravan Club, we are always looking for new, exciting and memorable places to bring our members together. Rather than returning to the same location year after year, we believe in discovering new campsites, exploring new destinations and creating new memories together.

That’s why this year’s Season Closing will take place not in Latvia, but in Estonia, just a short distance from the Latvian–Estonian border, at the welcoming Metsaluige Camping.

This venue was chosen for a reason. In 2026, Metsaluige Camping received international recognition from ACSI and was named Estonia’s Best Campsite.

This is especially important to us because Latvian Caravan Club is committed to selecting the very best locations for our events—places where you can enjoy much more than simply parking your motorhome or caravan. We want every gathering to become a complete weekend experience with beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities and great company.

A spacious green area, the sea nearby, comfortable pitches for motorhomes and caravans, a restaurant, sauna, swimming pool, and everything needed for a relaxing stay make this the perfect place to celebrate the end of the season.

We will continue searching for new destinations, new experiences and new reasons to come together again.

Saturday Bike Ride to the Kabli Coast

One of the highlights of our Season Closing weekend will be a scenic group bike ride through the beautiful surroundings of Kabli.

We’ll cycle along peaceful forest and coastal trails, follow a nature path, enjoy the fresh sea air, and stop at some of the area’s most picturesque spots. This will be a relaxed ride where everyone can enjoy not only the journey itself, but also the stunning scenery along the way.

If we’re a little lucky…

September is the peak of the autumn bird migration, and the Kabli Bird Station has long been one of Estonia’s best-known ornithological research stations.

If the weather is favourable and the station is carrying out its work that day, we may have the opportunity to watch the bird ringing process.

The ornithologists explain their work, introduce the birds before releasing them back into the wild, and show how bird ringing helps scientists study migration routes and learn more about different species.

It’s important to note that bird ringing is not organised on a fixed schedule for visitors. It depends entirely on the weather, bird migration activity and the station’s research work. While we can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to witness it, if everything comes together, it will be a wonderful bonus to our trip.

Either way, we’re looking forward to beautiful coastal scenery, fresh sea air, great company, and another memorable adventure that will make our Latvian Caravan Club Season Closing 2026 even more special.

Saturday Evening with La Luna

Saturday evening will bring us live music and a fantastic atmosphere. Guests of Latvian Caravan Club will enjoy a performance by the Estonian band La Luna, featuring popular international hits and lively Latin American music.

After a full day of activities, it will be the perfect time to relax, catch up with friends, and enjoy an evening of live music, dancing, and great company.

Latvian Caravan Club Traditions

Of course, no Latvian Caravan Club gathering would be complete without our traditions! All participants can look forward to a prize lottery, a “Professions” costume contest, and our traditional club lunch.

Great company, a friendly atmosphere, and plenty of pleasant surprises have always been an essential part of every Latvian Caravan Club event.

Registration for the Latvian Caravan Club Season Closing 2026

To take part in the event, advance registration is required.

Registration is mandatory for all participants. It helps us prepare the required number of camping pitches, organise catering and activities, and ensure a comfortable experience for everyone attending.

Participation Fees

Club Members – €90
(2 adults + children under 18 free of charge)

Guests – €100
(2 adults + children under 18 free of charge)

Additional crew member (adult or participant aged 18+) – €25

The Participation Fee Includes

✅ Camping pitch for your motorhome or caravan.

✅ Electricity hookup (for everyday use, such as charging devices and basic electrical needs). Please use electricity responsibly so there is enough capacity for everyone.

✅ Access to showers, toilets, and the cassette disposal point.

✅ Drinking water.

✅ Full event programme and entertainment.

✅ Traditional club lunch (Saturday).

✅ Access to the sauna and swimming pool (Friday and Saturday).

✅ Opportunity to participate in the club raffle (1 ticket – €1).

Payment

Payment should be made after registration by bank transfer to the club’s account. If necessary, payment can also be made upon arrival.
